Baldivis Children’s Forest is built on community. Ever since a small group of people came together in 1982 with a vision to serve the local community as a centre point for environmental education.
The Baldivis Children’s Forest is always looking for volunteer support to help us run our programs. From BBQ chefs to tree planters, book-keepers to marketers, or just a pair of hands or a good sense of humour we value the amazing contributions all of our volunteers make.
Ever wanted to be part of something in your local community? Enjoy doing hands on work, or just sharing your ideas and knowledge in a safe and respectful setting?
Opportunities exist for ongoing volunteer work, or for one off event support.
Please contact Tim Hill (Chairperson) if you are interested in getting involved.
Community workshops and events are held every week in the forest. The weekly workshops focus on activities that build creativity and resilience in a natural bush setting. Workshops are run by our partner organisations, Wild About Nature and Educated By Nature. To find out more check out our upcoming events page, or contact the organisations directly through the links provided on our Home Page.
